Our 140+ team members help families navigate their child care and preschool options and secure financial assistance to pay for it. Caring for Children with Subsidies. To help lower-income families with children age 0 – 13 pay for high-quality early care and education, BizNest at Children’s Council facilitates access to a variety of financial assistance programs. Once a family is qualified for financial support, we pay the child care program on the family’s behalf. The Infant and Children's Health Advisory Council is authorized by statute (63 O.S.
